Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked for online or in-person tarot and mediumship readings.
A booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been provided.
By booking a reading with Witchy Rae, you agree to these Booking & Cancellation Policy terms, along with the Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.
Payment
Payment is required in full before your scheduled reading unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed at the time of booking.
Online Readings
For online readings, clients are responsible for ensuring they have:
- A suitable internet connection
- Access to the agreed communication platform
- A quiet and appropriate environment for the session
If technical difficulties occur, reasonable attempts will be made to continue or reschedule the session.
In-Person Readings
For in-person appointments, clients are expected to arrive on time at the agreed location.
Arriving late may reduce the length of the reading to avoid impacting other appointments.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice where possible.
Appointments may be moved to an alternative available date and time.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may require payment before future bookings are accepted.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend an appointment, are generally non-refundable due to the reserved time and preparation involved.
Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of tarot and mediumship readings, refunds are not available once a reading has been completed.
If Witchy Rae is unable to provide your scheduled reading, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.
Late Arrivals & Late Fees
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled reading.
A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, a late fee of £5 may be applied to cover the additional time reserved and any impact on the appointment schedule.
If a client arrives significantly late, Witchy Rae reserves the right to shorten or cancel the reading to avoid affecting other appointments. The original booking fee will remain payable.
If you are running late, please contact Witchy Rae as soon as possible so we can advise whether the appointment can still go ahead.
Right to Refuse Service
Witchy Rae reserves the right to refuse or end a reading if a client behaves in an abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate manner.
In such circumstances, no refund may be provided.
