Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a reading. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Tarot and mediumship readings are provided for guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. Readings are based on spiritual beliefs and personal interpretation and should not be considered factual, guaranteed, or absolute.
No reading can guarantee specific outcomes or predict future events with certainty.
No Professional Advice
Readings do not replace advice or treatment from qualified professionals.

Client Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take following a reading. Witchy Rae accepts no liability for decisions made based on the information discussed during a session.
Bookings & Payment
Full payment is required before any reading takes place unless otherwise agreed.
Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice may receive a refund or be rescheduled.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend an appointment are generally non-refundable.
If Witchy Rae needs to cancel or reschedule a session, an alternative appointment or full refund will be offered.
Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of tarot and mediumship readings, refunds are not available once a reading has been completed.
If there is a genuine technical issue that prevents an online reading from taking place, every effort will be made to reschedule before considering a refund.
Confidentiality
All readings are treated as confidential. Personal information shared during a session will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
Recording
Clients may not record readings without prior permission.
Witchy Rae reserves the right to record sessions for safeguarding or quality purposes only where lawful and with appropriate notice.
Respectful Behaviour
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour towards Witchy Rae will result in the immediate termination of the reading without refund.
Privacy
Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing services and managing appointments, in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
Changes to These Terms
Witchy Rae reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply to new bookings.
