A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, a late fee of £5 may be applied to cover the additional time reserved and any impact on the appointment schedule.
If a client arrives significantly late, Witchy Rae reserves the right to shorten or cancel the reading to avoid affecting other appointments. The original booking fee will remain payable.
If you are running late, please contact Witchy Rae as soon as possible so we can advise whether the appointment can still go ahead.
